Shipping policy
Alpenglow Pottery packages each piece carefully with re-used materials whenever possible, and we take extra care to ensure your new pieces arrive safely to their new home.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the size and weight of each package, as well as its destination. If you created more than one order going to the same address I will consolidate pots into one box and refund the extra shipping charges.
Orders will be shipped usually within 3 days, but could take longer based on other factors that will be announced as they arise, on the shop’s instagram account.
If your piece is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with pictures of the damage. I am unable to issue any refunds due to breakage if I am not notified within 3 days of delivery. Once I receive photos of the item, I will issue a full refund of the order. Photos can be sent to hello@alpenglowpots.com.
The buyer is responsible for any import fees, customs duties, and taxes. Alpenglow Pottery is not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance. Please ensure you are aware of any extra costs associated with purchasing pots from outside your country.
